General Registration
JPS Online Registration
Cancellation Policy:
Refunds before April 18th are subject to a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds after April 18th, 2012 except for medical reasons (Doctor's note). Medical exemptions will be given credit for 2013 JPS (minus$100.00 processing fee).
Graduation:
If schedule conflicts with school graduation, please contact Brad Buetow before May 6th so game schedules can be adjusted.
Goalies:
Goalies please do not register on line.
Download the brochure and send it in with payment. You will be contacted by April 18th, 2012 whether you have a secured spot in JPS. If you register online and are not accepted your refund will be minus the $100.00 processing fee.
